Battery Boost

The service team will attempt to boost your vehicle's battery so you can safely get back on the road.

Lockout Service

If your keys are locked inside the passenger compartment, a service provider will attempt to gain entry.

Flat Tire Assistance

Your inflated spare tire will be installed so you can continue your journey. Dual rear-wheel vehicles are exempt.

Fuel Delivery

If your vehicle runs out of fuel, up to five litres may be delivered to help get you moving.

Winching

An eligible vehicle may be extracted or winched when it can be safely reached from a normally travelled road or thoroughfare.

General Program Terms

  • Coverage becomes active within five days after your service visit.
  • Roadside assistance expires six months after your service visit.
  • The program is valid for one claim during the full coverage term.
  • Roadside assistance coverage is non-transferable.
  • The vehicle requiring service must match the vehicle registered to the program.

Additional Service Details

  • Towing beyond the first 20 kilometres may be subject to additional per-kilometre fees.
  • AWD and 4WD vehicles must be towed with all four wheels lifted from the ground.
  • Electric vehicles will be transported using a flatbed truck.
  • Fuel costs and any additional roadside service costs may be the vehicle owner's responsibility.
  • Service availability and response times may vary by location and road conditions.
